Are you going to watch season 4?

This may be an unpopular opinion, but I have to ask: Are you still going to watch Grey's Anatomy after this past season? I wish I could say I will watch season 4, but I feel like the writers have exhausted practically every storyline and have resorted to hooking up and breaking up characters at random. And don't even get me started on Private Practice! :P I love these characters, but I'm not sure I can take any more! What are your reasons for still loving Grey's Anatomy?

I love Grey's Anatomy. Yes, I'm going to watch it. At first, my reasons will be that I'm watching it to see where the storyline is going. Then of course I will probably be hooked and stay with it. Or not. ;)

haha, I know what you mean. Part of the reason I don't want to start out watching the season is because I don't want to get hooked... I could always use more time for studying (or for watching Pushing Daisies, which looks promising).

I know what you mean! Pushing Daisies looks like it should be good - I'm looking foward to that one.

I will at least give it a chance. I don't know if there is anything left for them to explore. Well, I take that back. Now that Mer's half-sister is going to be an intern, it could get fun. Also, George not passing his internship could cause problems with his marriage and friends. And Cristina will have to deal with the aftermath of her broken wedding.

Whoa, wait, that intern was Meredeth's half-sister?! I am all kinds of confused. I thought she was just a random woman that Derek met in a bar. I admit that I am kind of curious what will happen to George career-wise. Relationship-wise, though... I am so over that love triangle.

I will definitely be watching Season 4. I know that there are going to be a lot of changes, however, I think the show will still be a hit. The writers have continually surprised us in the past...and I think they will keep it up. I have fallen in love with many of the characters and can't wait to see what lays ahead. As for Private Practice...I am holding back on that for now. I think it might have potential, we just have to wait and see.

I have to admit that I will miss some of the characters (Bailey!), but I'm not sure I want to keep watching just for that. I'll let my other Grey's-watching friends let me know how season 4 is going, and make my decision from there. I think I'll give Pushing Daisies a shot in the meantime.

I am going to give it a shot this upcoming season. Last season was the first time I had watched the show and it was pretty good. I know what you mean about Private Practice. Don't see that one going anywhere.

I know it's set for September. They have released the date for Private Practice, I guess its right on the same date or later, just to promote the spin-off.:)

It's a resounding YES!:) I love the medical mumbo jumbo they include in the story and I think their outrageous ideas for cases are dwindling to a minimum, but the story line is still very interesting. I think the continuous surge of romantic sidestories can be a bit annoying, but that's how people are, they enter and leave relationships. I just focus on the ones I like. I CAN'T wait how they would introduce Lexie to Meredith. AND will Alex find Ava? Will George be back as an INTERN after failing the exam (I'm not such a fan about the love triangle)? I think Season 3 left people so much at the brink for them to stick around. I'm excited about Private Practice, the cast is talented enough to make this show be a hit! I LOVE Chris Lowell, he's my reason for watching. LOL!

I love Chris Lowell too! Maybe I am just bitter because they canceled Veronica Mars, which I liked better than Grey's! ;)

I LOVE VERONICA MARS too!!! He's dreamy isn't he? I even downloaded his creative commentaries for veronica mars, and the HE SAID, SHE SAID video where chris and kristen ask questions to each other. His Role in Private Practice could be a challenge and one to look forward to. The promotion really entertained me, so maybe it's best not to close doors on the spin-off =)

I don't love grey's Anantomy, but I watch it for the benefit of inspiration via some of their more dramatic twists...I'll watch 4 just to see something different because they will no longer be interns, mostly, and the Meridith sister thing seems interesting.

I wasn't real thrilled with how last season ended. Derek and meredith were finally together and she was trying to learn how to be happy, now it looks like they are breaking up. And now burke is gone. I'm curious to see how the george/izzy storyline is going to play out. I quit watching soap operas for the same reason, I got tired of them always breaking up the happy couples just when they got back together and were happy. I'll watch it this season and see what happens.

I just got done reading an article by one of the main writers and she said this season will be much happier especially compared to the doom and gloom of season 3. That helps me to stay tuned in for the fourth season. The season's finale made me so mad, I wish I could say I won't watch it anymore but alas, I am too addicted. I will not, however, be watching Addison's spin off. I don't think that looks interesting at all.

I agree that the spin off looks really lame. Which is sad, because Addison was one of my favorite characters!

I know! I wish she would stay and really think she is screwing herself by leaving to start this new show which could very easily flop. Then where is she going to be?

I have to agree that season 3 was a bit of a disapointment. I wish they would sort their love lives out a bit. But i have to confess that ill still be watching season 4. I guess im just plain addicted and I still want to find out what happens to them all.

Simply put, I love Meredith. I'd love to see her and Mc Dreamy finally hook up for good but it's not looking that way. Fingers crossed the writers get some inspiration for new plot lines. :)

I agree that they need some new plot lines. I don't think I could take another random hook-up. There must be something else that can happen in a hospital besides people coupling and uncoupling!

Yep, I'll definitely watch season 4 but I'm not holding my breath thinking it's going to be as good as seasons 1 and 2. They were awesome! Season 3 was good but it didn't blow me away like the first 2 seasons. I was not impressed with the episode wherein they introduced the people from Addy's new show. Most of Grey's was that new show and I thought it was pretty bad so I won't be watching it. I was also pretty disappointed with the season 3 finale. That said, I'm anxious to see what's on tap for season 3 now that Cristina and Burke have parted ways. I want to find out what's going on with George and Callie and if he's going to stay at Seattle Grace, how things are going to work out with Callie as chief resident, and what's going to happen with the new interns coming in.

I will watch it. It is my favorite show but I agree with you these character have been thru way too much last year I think they need to get back to the first season writting humor with drama and the sense of more togetherness. It seem the characters seem to be moving further away from eachother last season I hope they come back together as a group again. I still have hope for the show and still love most of the characters. I have to say the main character is driving me nuts and I can careless what happens to her. I think the writers need to get her back in loveable mode.

I am going to watch Season 4 but not Private Practice. That one just seems to LA-ish to me. But I am very into Greys. I never thought I would like a show like this but I just love the different personalities! I hope you dont give up yet... there is more to come!

I'm still waiting to watch season 3 on dvd, cuz by the time i had finished both season 1 and 2, the third one had already started on tv... But i'll probably end up watching season 4 as well, i love this show!!!

I doubt I'll be watching season 4. The last season was a disappointment. I got tired of the Meredith/McDreamy storyline. I have no interest in the spin-off. All the bad publicity saturated the news, and I've had enough of the show. I think I'll be watching CSI again.

grey's anatomy - the cast of grey's anatomy
i'm a fan of grey's anatomy but sadly due to my busy schedule i wasn't able to follow the series. i watch it whenever i can. i have friends who download the series and i can borrow it so that i can watch the episodes that i missed. i love the series and am looking forward to the next season of grey's anatomy! hopefully i won't miss so much episodes and will be able to follow the series:)

I will watch season 4 to see what happens to the storylines from season 3 and to give the writers a chance to keep me wanting more. I have also heard they are planning a season much different from season 3. The Lizzie/George/Callie thing is supposed to resolve so that the triangle is no longer, but I do not know how it resolves. I also do like that they are introducing a whole new set of interns and I am curious to see how that pans out, especially Meredith's half-sister.

I won't wait to watch season4 any more. The ending of season3 disappoints me.I still can't understand why Burke and Cristina will break up, it seems no reason. And something else.Maybe if i am really free and i will watch it ,but i won't be so crazy about season4.
