How do we get paid by Paypal? Do we get a check? If so it refers to which bank? Can we get paid even if there is no master or visa or any credit card??

You can get a check.. i never did that so i could not tell you which bank the check is from. Since i am a big time online shopper i tend to spend my PayPal credits on online purchases.
Oh and yes you can get paid if you don´t have a visa or any other credit card.
