No More Formula in NYC Hospitals

Health officials in New York City have announced that they will no longer provide infant formula in hospitals. There is a push to try and get more mothers to breast feed their babies. I admire this position, however, I have known in the past some women who were unable to breast feed their babies. I feel that they should at the very least be given a choice. What are your feelings?
