Watch out for an announcement from Amazon within the next couple of days about their new payment processor. They have been secretly testing new payment processing software that will compete with Google Checkout and PayPal! The new Amazon payment model will be like Google Checkout and will redirect the user to Amazon servers to complete the process and then return to the original merchant. I can't wait for it to get running i will definately be using it, it is an extension to the original Amazon Payments system.

I usually pay by credit card when I order from Amazon and usually from Amazon.ca. If it is from Amazon.com, will they allow people from Canada to use it and can it be put through the credit card system? Also can one transfer to it from Paypal, E-gold or the other payment processors? There is one item that I cannot order from Amazon.ca and have to order from Amazon.com and if this would make things easier, I would be all for it.
