I've been suffering for lower back pain for a while, and then it got worse from a fender-bender last year. That's when I started having worse pain, and having to go to the chiropractors. I know that there are many ways that people deal with their back problems, so I wanted to ask all of you, what do you do fr your back pain? What works best? Worst? What are you thinking of trying? What would you never try?
All suggestions are greatly appreciated!!! Thanks in advance!!!

I have a large exercise ball that I use to stretch on, I lay on my back on it and roll forward and backward on it to stretch and relieve back pain. There are times when that isn't enough and I have to take some OTC pain meds for it but most of the time that stretching is enough to get rid of most of the pain and let me move around freely.
