Hi singlepixel! I hate red tape too. It is an unfair practice especially when there are really qualified people who should be hired for a job position but instead the one who knows or being supported by an influential person such as politicians or wealthy clients are the ones being hired. It is sad because there are different practices of red tape in our country especially in some of our government agencies. :)
