I signed up on a new one today.It pay 1 and 2 cents clicks.Cashout at $6.99.Ref earnings start at 20% but its goes 6 levels deep.Click on my profile and go to my web.Ad is on first page.

They take e-gold and paypal.But you might be able to find something else on my web.
