Killings and murder

There is a community or religion of people in the world who shamelessly kill innosent people who are 100 times better than themselves, I wonder why is the whole world so kind to them and at the same time so helpless?

I have heard of such groups only causes of wars and civil revolts in countries. Have you ever witnessed such accounts? It is very troublsome. It is a sign of disrespect to life and inconcevable to do. No one I believe has that right to kill.
