Its On the Tip Of My Tounge....

The other day my hunny asked me a question. I knew the answer but for the life of me couldnt think of it. It was right there on the tip of my Tounge...But I couldnt spit it out!! A few hours later later there it was!! Ahh I knew I knew it!! Has this ever happened to you?? The words are right there but you cant get them out?

This happens to me all the time. Its funny when it comes to you because your either sleeping, or on the toilet or doing something out of the ordinary and then it comes to my mind LOL

Have you had a baby recently or are you pregnant. It happened all the time while I was pregnant. It happens less now but still happens. We refer to it as "mom brain" when it happens.

No my last kid was 3 years ago. I just chalk it up to having to remember so much as a mom the simple things slip my mind!!

Every damn minute of the day...I know what you mean..I go through the alphabet, sometimes 100 times, just trying to remember..LOL..I can remember faces but not names...I do the "you know" thing...If he knew then he wouldn't be asking me...LOL..Maybe if we take a piece of tape, and put it on our tongue, maybe the words would stick to it, and we could just peel it off and read it...You have to hold it up to the mirror because the words would be backwards..but if you use clear tape then you wouldn't have too...LOL..

This definitely happens to me to. It's kind of like when you lost something and try so hard to find it you never do. But, as soon as you stop looking it pops up out of know where.

EXACTLY!!! I have done that many times!! Once you stop looking its right there! Isnt that wierd?
