a program to build a superhighway linking mexico, the US and canada, owned by spain, allowing customs-free transport. all part of the plot to form the north american union, by stealth much like the european union was formed. www.corridorwatch.org

the governments took that actions are purely to curb the influx illegal immigrants to the respective country.
By implementing that super-mega-plan, will allow any foreigner to make courages to the illegal immigrants turns to legal status for entry and re-entry. And in that particular way, governments can make money by issuing the
categorized visas. Commodities will goes rapidly with custom-free-transport but the earnings will be gaining from business's profit taxes.
This is for long term planning and investments. A smart inter-nation plans.
