Driving car

I rarely go alone in a car...I always take any of my friends with me while driving and keep chatting..Its sufficient to make me awake..but when I am alone I used to listen songs in full volume to make me away from sleeping....

my suggestion is that have a break of about a couple of hours if you feel sleepy ... its too dangerous to drive when ur sleepy ... dont risk your life ... its better to get there late then to never get there at all ...

I stop and try to get some fresh air. I will also buy a coffee or soft drink for the caffeine. Then when I start driving again I will turn the air conditioner on high and have it hit me right in the face. Next I will put in a CD or find a classic rock radio station sing along at the top of my lungs.
