Making money lies!!!

I'm interested im making loads of money just like the next bloke, the one thing that i cant understand is why there are so many people out there that say"I know a way you can make blah blah blah in a month,check out my blog" Why do they do it because its all lies. You go on there and all you see is there site rambling on about how they can teach you this and that for a small fee.WHY I ASK YOU. Some normal honest hard working decent people are so silly and agree to pay these people for these secrets that are all horse crap" All they are doing are ripping people off.The things that I have posted are genuine and can really make you money, and you don't have to pay a dime upfront...or ever at all to be exact.I know there are to many out there but I think something should be done about it. What do you think and what sort of punishment would you say is feasible?
