About yard sale

I love having yard sales. Every year, I clean out whatever possible and take it to my boyfriends house. In his front yard we set up tons of tables and lay stuff out on them. We always have clothes, toys, random things. We have so much fun. We also like to bake stuff to sale at the yard sale or just to snack on! If we are not having a sale, I drive all over the county searching for the perfect items! I always have fun yard-selling!

I actually went to my first estate sale the other day with a friend. I was pretty disappointed. They did have some really need stuff that was dated back to the 1940s but it all seemed overpriced to me. I love thrift shopping and can usually find some pretty neat stuff, however it does take quite a bit of searching and sometimes it's just easier to run to the mall to find what I'm looking for!

I love yard sales or garage sales as we call them here in Australia, I have picked up some great bargains, I just wish I could get up early enough to get the real good things but I hate getting out of bed early, my last good find was a book I paid $1 for and I sold it on Ebay for $180, so you can pick up some good things.
