If some day, a fleet of extraterrestrial creature's spacecrafts appear in our sky, I wonder how human beings' perception of the universe will chage and how these changes will affect our behavior towards our fellow-creatures.

Although our perception of the universe has changed many times and we are so familiar with changes that we seem not to realize, the apprance of extraterrestrial lives (if exist) would be a shock and must have tremendous effect on our thiking. The question is, supposing it happens, how would it be?
