lunch dates with snobs?

i work at a branch of a large company. occasionally the higher-ups from other branches come into my office to visit and always insist on taking me to lunch.i have struggled with eating disorders for years,and although i eat healthy now, i still get paranoid eating in front of people i don't know well, so just going to the restaurant with these ladies makes me cringe. they are well-dressed and spend tons of time at the gym, which they discuss at length during out lunch dates. i own a slew a coach purses. which these women scoff at. while they discuss fendi,Prada, and inadequate. HOw can i avoid these lunches without deopardizing my job?
