I am non-vegetarian, but I do love vegetarian meals, I just also enjoy the taste and health benefits of meat and animal products. I think that both groups can be healthy and strong, as long as they are all getting the required nutrients that they need for correct functioning of the body, coupled with exercise and a positive attitude.

Hey I am a vegetarian....i dont know if that makes me stronger or not but i couls never get myself to accept the fact that killing an innocent animal was good to satisfy my appetite...i would rather stick to fruits and vegetables...

I mostly take veg food rather then non-veg as it takes once in week. i not hate non-veg but it is generally not taken as its totally depends on the liking of other members in the family. non-veg food if taken then prefer to prepare in home rather then outside.

I used to be a vegetarian...but included cheese and eggs which many true vegetarians do not. These days I still eat a semi-vegetarian diet and use Tofu and a combination of beans and lentils to make a complete protein. However, I found that for my health and body metabolism I do include some animila protein...I know many who are vegetarians would never agree with me...but it I find I have more energy when I eat what my body needs rather than hanging on to an ideal that I cannot function as well with. In my view people have different metabolisms and each person needs to figure out what their body is trying to tell them through symptoms of distress or weakened energy. I do not believe in 'right/wrong' judements about what others should and should not be doing. The body is the same way...it will let us know what types of foods best support our individual systems. If we do that whatever food choices made will assist the body to remain healthy and strong...at least that is my perspective.
