Does every discussion have to be in english?

Hello andrey......i'm an indonesian and my native language is indonesia. My english still bad, but i try to do my best for responsing discussions. If they don't know my english..that's their problem... more important to know what they mean than what they say???? have a good discussions. And be my friend, now!!!!
