What's easy? To start a discussion or to respond one?

I personally feel that asking questions and starting discussions is an easier task as compared to write a quality response to somebody's discussion.
What's your opinion in this regard please?

ITs better to respond and think even I could have started this topic. But if I did that nobody would reply.

Both are difficult in the sense, if one wants to post an interesting, thought provoking topics, then one has to give some work to brain. That is why I said it is difficult. There are thousands of topics which are simple, meaningless and totally useless, like Coke or Pepsi?, What do you take for breakfast?

For me or according to me, i would say that responding to discussions is rather easy than starting a new discussion, as i have found it out myself here in mylot.

i have a much easier time responding to others discussions than trying to wrack my brain in coming up with a discussion of my own. my brain just goes blank.
