Eating fish is really my favorite...I also loved to see those people who do fishing. Cooked in different style like fried, steamed, with sauce or grilled is the best one for me... but why is that if we fried a fish we need to put some salt in there to taste good wherein if the fish came from the sea and they been there for a months..they drink the salty water already and even eat those salty food. i was just confused... Is anyone there has a great idea...

well salt makes food better in the tongue, its just a mater of taste, not a big deal, some likes with salt, some don't. Which one do you like better? Lets do proof better taste then, one with no salt in it, and one with salt. then which one better. dont do cheating with using salted butter.lol i like my seafood in a red sauce, (mixing, chilli, salt, ketcup, tomato sauce, and tangerin juice. its taste like a bit sweet, spicy, and sour. For me was the best. the sweet taste mostly. the sour taste makes seafood smell gone. It was perfect!
