Do you believe that a college diploma/bachelor's degree would reall take you to far lands? Will it really bring you success? Or just a mere paper signed by the school administrators?
For me, it doesn't matter how neat that diploma is what's matter is the performance on the execution of every job you do.

I totally agree with you. Not all who acquired diploma in the 'best' schools are employed.

Never, college diploma mean nothing to me.
If I am the boss of a big company I will not consider college diploma much.
The ability of a person is the most important thing I think.
Some people with college diploma even can't find a job.
Why this happens,it it to this question.

i agree with you. it's only a paper and the most important thing is that you have to like what you do, and make it as good as you can. this way you'll have success
