When can you say that your a good student?

i think i am not a good student because i am always not attending my class and if i attending my class i will late because i hate to wake up early in the morning and i like to stay up at night doing useles work..i am always finish my assignment in last minute..so i think i am not the good student that why my grade is not very good.

well it you could say that your a good student when you could apply all your learnings in the future.i mean not just memorizing all the theories in the book but u could know how to apply it in your living and in your community..

Well I cannot say if I'm a good student however I'm not a procrastinator, I'm always dedicated in the works that has been given to me and I'm a rapid learner! But are those enough to consider myself a good student, I'm not sure. lol

No I don't think I am a really good student. I agree with you at this question,I have some experience about this.In my school HIT which is short for Harbin Institute of Technology,I see many student only do well in their assignments and score.I mean they get high score in test,but actually no practical ability.I am studying computer science and technology in school,I think the ability to programming is very important.Nearly all of the student who do better in score have bad ability in my school.I think the same thing may be all over the world. I must say good student is not on the grades or score,a good student must have all kind of abilities to complete tasks.

bang on!!!!!!!!!!! respect is earned by conduct and that for the student is a must need quality. again patince and perseverance are the other virtues that have to be kept in mind. for me patience is failing the first 9 times and succeeding the 10th time. you also have to forge your character and be ready to take what comes into ur stride.

as for me, being a good student is not just about having good--or rather high grades. In the end you will realize that you won't be needing those grades, its the essence, the application, and how well you have learned that counts! Also, students who have high grades (not all, of course) are the ones who really do not know how to value things and other people. They tend to be stubborn and see themselves as superior than others.

hi there! ;0 i can say that i am a good student not just by my grades but based on my character and attitude. i mean, i can say that i am a good student when i listen to the teacher when he or she discusses, when i do my assignments and when i stuy my lessons. :)

for me, you're a good student...when you could actually apply the things that you learn in school outside the real world.
