It's called the AC! I think this site is well developed and is run by mylot owners I believe. It pays and you submit discussions as well. The cool part is you can download audio, text, video, and many other submissions. How cool is that! I think you would really love the site. Yeah I think AC is a great site. If you work hard on that site you can make big money. Mylot pays ok. But you have to post ALOT to get any money. I do like mylot though, it's the only site that pays me just to chat.
