age of empires 2!!!!! forget 3!!!!

now age of empires 3 came out, and i was really excited about it, but then pretty disappointed about the gameplay, it seemed so linear to me, and that whole thing where it says it should be played on a P4 HT was jus BS, i played it on my intel celeron 1.7 GHZ, and it worked just fine, but i couldnt put this one over number 2, i was just bored with the gameplay, but all-in-all, it was a good game, but number 2 just couldnt be beat by it, how about sum opinions on this?
