My landlord is a jerk. He wants $600 for rent a month but he won't let us do anything. We aren't allowed to have friends stay for more than 3 days without being charged 100 dollars, we aren't really allowed to have friends up here much at all. When we have friends come over they have to park in the parking lot across the street b/c our parking spaces aren't supposed to be used by us. We pay $600 a month for rent shouldn't we be able to do something or is my only option to move out???
