actually i am a student at fine arts, in photography. so i know something about it :))
i only wanted to know some opinions about canon 400d, to see if it is worth it.
and if you really like photography, you can learn it. i did in only 1 year. of course i still have lots of things to learn, but i have the basics. so good luck in this :)

I agree that you buy the canon 400d. My brother has it too and he use it for his part time job as a photographer for wedding functions. It has helped him in producing high quality pictures and he said the price is worth the quality he gets from the camera. Congratulations on your studying pursue and I hope you'll like your new camera. Have a nice day.

That's a good choice, most of professional photographer here in our country are using canon 400d to make sure that they get good quality of photos. But for personally i prefer nikon 40 or 200d and im planning to save money to buy one. both are one of the best model of SLR

i own a 400D + 18-50mm kit lens and im pleased with it. its a really good camera for newbie like me. really easy to understand the instruction and easy to handle. But when u take a pic, the pic displayed in the LCD might be different in term of color level or contrast compare to when u transfer it into your pc.
other than that.. im really luv my 400D
Peace~
