Amelia Heinle as Victoria

Amelia Heinle is one of my favorite actresses and I was glad when she took over the role of Victoria. She met with a very cool recption by most of the Heather Tom fans which made taking over the role a tough job. Then tptb and the writers made this much harder by, for the most part, putting her in bad story lines(the Reliquary is an example) and not giving her much to work with except in a few scenes like when she got to play Victoria standing up to Brad. On top of that her wardrobe has not been good a large part of the time. She is so beautiful that she still overcomes the bad wardrobe most of the time and still looks great in even some of the worst hair styles they stuck her with. I agree with you that they give her bad hairstyles and wardrobe. For a woman who is an executive and as rich as she is, they don't dress her the part. I really like her as Victoria also. This is the only soap I watch so I don't know where the actors might or might not have been before. I am glad they had her finally stand up to Brad and I like her with J.T. They make a good couple. Maybe because they actually have off screen chemistry.
