choose between a samsung sgh-c406 and e356

Which would you pick? One has 3mb of memory, the other has 8mb, but neither of them has good reviews I can find online...and there is precious little information! I did a search on google and the first link I clicked gave me this review "This phone sucks!" for the E356...that's not very promising. I can't believe I have to choose between these two now! Help me choose! Or should I choose none? The Digicel PTB did the old bait and switch on us. They claim that these two are of comparable value to the Motorola L6. Do you believe that? Any comments from owners of either of these is desperately needed and welcome!
