i came across a device used at the bank teller which is apparently made in China. Sorry its not very clear since i took the picture using my mobile.
The brand of the "cooling fan" sounds Japanese but i bet my favorite blue boxers that its from China.
See if anyone can understand what they are saying in the picture. i can manage to understand a few but not all.
attached is the picture of the "cooling fan" instructions.
its funny in a weird sense.

I'm so curious about that "cooling fan" you've mentioned since i've hadn't found the brand of that production.I just want to know which manufacturer in China can produce such a "cooling fan" like you said. And which part of the explanation confuses you?

the 5th line, "figures manifestations"
the 6th line, "efficiently stanze"
the rest i think i can guess. those 2 got me.
any idea?

oh~ ! A little difficult for me to figure out too!
maybe the 5th line means that the product can show you the instruction you've made on it if there is a screen. And the 6th line also got me,because the word "stanze" seems to be German,i guess that line wants to express that the "cooling fan" is good at revolving the fan blades efficiently .
I'm not very good at english,so that just what i have figured ,and what do you think of it?
