Harry Potter

I have just finished the last Harry Potter book. A friend of mine bought it for me as a surprise last week. I enjoyed it very much. I will not tell what happens. But I can tell you you will be surprised. Just thought I would give my opinion on the book.

My oldest son got his copy yesterday. It must be good as he passed watching TV last night to read.
I am so grateful for these Harry Potter books. My kids are bilingual, Japanese and English. They can read very well in Japanese but English has been a real struggle for them. My oldest read Harry Potter in Japanese first, then went back and read the English version. Now he has a lot of confidence to read in both languages, I think without Harry Potter he would never have picked up an English book.
Now I have to work the same magic with my other kids.

I've just sat and read the first 3 chapters of the third book. My son wants to share what is happening but I keep telling him to be quiet because I really want to read it myself!!!!
