I still beleive in the statement that practise makes a man perfect and it definitely implies here. Increasing stamina is not a thing that will happen immediately by some pills or any other short cut. This will take time and effort . As you said you are covering a distance of 1.5 miles in 10 mins and 30 secs.. thats a pretty good time i must say. Now, you can do two things here . Try covering that distance in less time or try convering more distance. Always benchmark your time and set limits for yourself. After a few days you will see that you have reached a threshold where you cant lower your time.Try mainting this time for the same distance.
THe most important thing here is to practise regularly
