what can i eat to help increase my stamina

I still beleive in the statement that practise makes a man perfect and it definitely implies here. Increasing stamina is not a thing that will happen immediately by some pills or any other short cut. This will take time and effort . As you said you are covering a distance of 1.5 miles in 10 mins and 30 secs.. thats a pretty good time i must say. Now, you can do two things here . Try covering that distance in less time or try convering more distance. Always benchmark your time and set limits for yourself. After a few days you will see that you have reached a threshold where you cant lower your time.Try mainting this time for the same distance. THe most important thing here is to practise regularly

a good healthy diet with vegtables and fruits you will want to make sure you do good protein to build the cell in the body to build the muscels you would like also make sure it is balanced with good nutrition
