What are thoughts on the Drug "P"

Right now I am watching news, and its showing the residents that are put at risk from people who operate P Homes who make and sell the stuff.. I think that this drug is so seriously introduced and it seems like that there is no way to get rid of it no matter how hard the police try. What do you think about this problem, post up and let me know your thoughts.... To those who post up to this, thanks for your post in advance....
