so welcome to my lot. here in order to make money you have to respond to discussions that others start, make refferals, start discussions and get responses to them. and besides there is a lot of fun just being out here.

Yes, you can earn money if you respond to people's discussions. You can earn money too if you start a new discussion and people answer it. But you will only get one point from your new discussions and the rest is rewarded in the form of payment which mylot personally decides how much you will get.
To get more earnings, try to do quality discussions all the time. Make sure your posts are long and never make one or two lines discussions when answering because you will not get payment this way.
One of the members here wrote in my discussions that he makes sure all his posts are 200 words long. So he only posts 20 discussions per day and can earn $1.00 for just doing the 20 discussions. You can try this if you want, and see if this works for you.
As for me, I am happy mostly by replying to other people's discussions. My average earnings is often above 50 cents per day. This does not include referrals. If converted into MYR it will be a huge amount.
I hope this answers your questions. If you want to ask more, please feel free to ask me by sending me a message. I will help you as best as I can.
Thanks for accepting me as a friend.
