My cousin had loss weight by doing a fruit diet for 1 week. She ate only mix fruits salads, vegetables and drank about 2-3 liters water daily. However amongst the fruits she consumed, she avoided eating too much bananas, grapes and apples.
She did this diet twice a month and had amazingly loss 15-17 kg!
She is in perfect health and does not suffers the side-effects of her diet.

10 quick things to do to improve health and lose weight
1.DRINK a half a gallon to 1 gallon of water a day
2. get at least 7 - 9 hours of sleep a night
3. Take a multivitamin
4. Stop intake of all fast food .. they add chemicals to your food that make you fat
5. Exercise regulary
6. Eat a salad before meals
7. Eat grapefruit
8. Spread meals out to make 6 small meals a day instead of 3 traditional meals
9. Try heavy breathing for 15 min. a day while watching TV
10. Go to www.bodybuilding.com its not just for bodybuilders there are many weightloss programs for you to try there ! hope this helps
