Eat or Diet?

What did you want to do in your self when you getting bit/chubby??? Me, i want to diet but when i see delicious food most especially my favorite foods ohhh my, i forgot to diet... i like to eat chocolates, ice cream and some favorite foods.
i'm getting chubby now, what should i do or what diet i'm going to do to make my body figure back (sexy) like before...

Hi amber.I think by exercising,drinking plenty of water,eating veggies and staying away from fried foods.I believe just eating a small portion of your favorite food will not hurt you.Just watch your calorie intake.

Like i said you dont have to stop your favorite foods right away just eat bite sizes because if you ignore your cravings it can lead to deprivation.you have to stay focused.when you feel hungry after you have finished eating drink water and do something to take your mind of it.drinking water makes you feel fuller.Instead of snacking on sweets you should snack on fruits instead throughtout the day.Stay focused think happy thoughts of how good you are going to feel once you have lost the weight.Most of all be happy with yourself now.

Yeah, i agree with you...exercise helps a lot. Dieting is really hard to do if those favorite foods are always on my mind. Ofcourse, tyring to do it on a step by step then later on you will just realize that you've done it. Practice to drink more water than a habit of drinking softdrinks also. If possible don't eat too much at night which i believe Amber might be doing it also... Don't get hurt this is just a tip...

I love the same foods and I hate to diet, but unless we are going to be chubby we have to sacrifice! I eat these wonderful foods in moderation and walk for 30 minutes everyday. chocolate is a treat for me and I never just sit and eat it anymore or I would have to walk 22 hours out of 24 !!! LOL :(

control is the key!when your getting out of focused on your diet program, look at the mirror. you will see your chubby body reflecting on the mirror, ask your self if that what you want to be!!if not then you really have to focused your selfon your goal!!i know it is hard but if you want to have a sexy figure again you have to do it.
