What scares you most?

My greatest fear in life is to grow old alone... I am afraid that in this lifetime, i might have more goodbyes than hellos. I am afraid of being left behind. I am afraid that no one will be patient enough to take care of me when i am old and sick. I am afraid to wake up one day and realize that i have no one. I am afraid coz people leave.., everyone leaves...

This is one of my secret fears too. I'm 32 and single and sometimes I have this feeling of loneliness even if I'm in a crowd of people I know. I'm scared to end up all alone but I have no inclination nor patience to go dating right now.

My greatest fear is being left here in Japan, not being able to communicate or understand what is going on. My hubbys family has a history of the men dying young. So if he passes before me I'll have to cope with everything. I guess I should spend more time studying Japanese and not playing on the computer!!

My biggest fear is seeing my children not living up to their true potential. I don't want to see them struggling. I want them to go to college and get good careers so they don't have to struggle to survive. That is my biggest fear.
