Do you like to let your apartment?

Recently we decided to sell one of apartments, as we have been tired of letting it. The tenant didn’t bother to clean it well and look after it as it supposed to be. For the past 5 years, the curtains were never washed, the carpets were stained and the cupboards were full of ‘unwanted stuff’. Have you ever experienced such before? Do you like to let your apartment?

I myself just recently moved into my apartment which is letted by my cousin to me. I myself would never let an apartment I owned unless it was a family member or very close friend that I know would take care of it. I say this ecause there are just too many crazy people out there that we know nothing about and I just wouldn't trust them. If I ever came back and found it dirty and unkept, how you have, I would never be able to live there again for it would make me sick thinking about it.

I don't think I mind so much. Most everything can be fixed, you just have to be careful in screening WHO you let into your apartment. You just can't rent it to anybody. You need to be sure you think that they will take care of it!
