Italy or France..which has the best culture

That's impossible to decide because you'd have to define how you rate "culture" and that would be a highly personal rating. I know both countries very well and would be pleased living in any of the two. Both are essential to Europe, in history, in art, in science, in ethnicity, in traditions, in gastronomy, in literature.... Italy and France, France and Italy- they are great countries!
