Guys .... i want some help...i am having a sony aw-g170s sata dvdwriter....it suddenly stopped reading discs....the light keeps on for some moments and then nothing happens...dvd or cd not detected ....but the drive is detected by windows...i just opened it and saw that the lens mechanism is not coming up when the tray closes.....so what should i do now..will such cases be considered under waranty...???shall i send it for warranty claim??
