closed account how ?

hi , I have a friend with a closed account here in mylot how can he do to retrieve access to his account again ? it's a serious problem .Please help me

If the account has been closed by Mylot then it must have been due to a violation of the rules. the only available option is for your friend to contact Mylot admin and request a reopening of his account.

He can write to mylot administrative area and refer to the 'terms' link located at the bottom of this page. One more thing, why did his account closed? Have to determine, because to re-open by using same user name I think impossible.....but anyway....just try!!!! Better have new user name and new registeration. OK....good luck. Me, michael.
