Do you entertain survey questions? How many seconds or minutes can you allot to answer several questions?

for me time is Gold, I always make sure that every coversation is useful and profitable to both parties, If I am very busy I allow at least 5 minutes of my precious time but still trying to learn things from what took place during the survey.
