Is myspace getting out of hand?

well if myspace is gettin popular, thats one thing. And if you are gettin trouble thats somethin else. I probably think they (myspace folks) would do nothin to curb that and with the problem you are facing i guess you should either get some software that bars the site or else be a little strict with your kids ... best of luck

I don't see how its becoming out of hand. People were meeting others online through chatrooms & such. Its a stupid thing to do but it happens. What I don't understand is why kids log on & check so obsessively. Its not that interesting.

I am young and I have a Myspace. My parents allow me on Myspace but I really don't know anything about the password. My mom set up my profile and I get to chat with my school friends but only after my mom logs me in and checks my page first. I know that there are alot of young kids on Myspace but we are not there to hurt anyone, just chat with one another. I know that in the summer I was on Myspace alot because I missed my classmates and being able to chat with them on the IM made my summer good.
