How can I speed up my internet

I will accept any help but i need to speed it up as it is very very slow even though i jsut reformated it to factory condition so it should be running good as new but it ain't

As others suggested, perhaps it is your computer that's slow, not your internet.
Aside from defragging your disks, I recommend you download an anti-spyware program (such as Spybot: Search & Destroy, or Adaware) and run a check to delete unnecessary spyware that is lagging your computer.

i don't know if you were looking at my replies but i said i have a spyware program from McAfee and it ran a spyware check and got about 12 things but i do have a generic pup that i can't remove

It could be a few possibility, you have yet to defragged your drives,your ram may not be enough, is this happening solely on your computer only or were you on the internet when it happens, check for additional spy client within your computer,remove them if found.
