Yes, I expect God would have made bellybuttons for both Adam and Eve. The reason for this would be so that when their children Cain, Abel and Seth were born, they did not freak out saying 'OMG my baby's stomach has a hole in it!!!' because they were already familiar with the concept of the navel and would expect it to be there. I imagine that if you had never seen a bellybutton before you would think there was something wrong with the baby, and God would not have wanted them to worry unnecessarily.

This is a question which cannot be answered. Adam certainly didn't acquire a navel in the way we did, but that doesn't mean he didn't have one.
We all know that trees have age rings. Were the trees of creation without age rings? Probably not, since all nature re-creates after its own kind. I believe all created things were created with pre-history. Trees had tree rings (pre-history) Adam quite possibly had a navel (pre-history).

I do not think so, neither would Eve because God created them and they were not born. However it does not presuppose that God may have put a belly button in Adam and Eve as a sign to show their connection to HIM.

No, Adam didn't have a belly button. He wasn't from a woman's womb, he was from God. I imagine belly buttons were first made after they sinned in the garden and Eve began giving birth to her children. The first ones must have developed in her womb. Pretty cool.
