What are your favorite forums for referrals?

I have always heard that forums were a great place to get referrals. Which ones do you belong to that you get great referrals from?

I go everywhere. Simply type forum in the search engines and go to it.. I would say try some that are not usa based..since mylot is pretty popular and well known:)
