Bidvertiser: do I need traffic on my blog to apply for an account?

I have a bidvertiser account but I haven't done that much with it as of yet. How new is your blog? I would say that it should be at least a couple of months old and have seen some traffic to it before you apply for a Bidvertiser account. Bidvertiser has a weird policy in my opinion. Say you apply for an account and your first domain is http://www.opportunityassistance.com. If I would want to use Bidvertiser code on http://www.opportunityassistance.com/jerkydirect I would have to submit that URL also even though it is a part of opportunityassistance.com
