can you EASILY forgive and FORGET?

I am a man that was not completely right.So,cause of that forgive is easily we can give.but as what you have said,the "forget" words is very hard to understand.For me,I can forgive each mistaken over me but it is hard for me to forget about that mistake. I will remember that mistake that make me sad or angry in all over my life!

Some things are easily forgiven. Other things are not. I can easily forgive those who have done minor things to me. It is difficult, if not impossible to forgive someone close to me who has deliberately done something to hurt me, especially if they have hurt me badly. As far as forgetting, I rarely if ever forget. Even if I try to forget, it is always there in the back of my mind. Besides, I take it as a lesson learned. If I forget about what they have done, I am just setting myself up for the same thing to happen again.
