what is mark it as best response and + - = that is rating?

Hi anbfriend.when you mark as best response you are choosing the best answer you think for your discussion.the + is the rating that you give if you feel the person give you a good answer.the negative you give if the person you feel has spammed you or just did nothing to help.the ! if the person is being offensive/abusive. i give + ratings to everybody that has responded to my discussion and also to the discussion i have responded to. disvachic
