why do the myLot staff not respond to this problem?

Barehugs has not been able to post content for over 2 weeks.He has 561 points. He has sent messages to myLot Staff every day since his program was stopped, and to date has only received one response. MyLot staff responded by saying, they had pulled up barehugs account, and needed more info on his name and email address. Barehugs received no warnings, or notices, before his program was stopped. When he tries to post content, he gets a message in red which says," unable to post content, please try again, thank you."
Can you help with this problem? What course of action would you take if you were in this situation?
