Oh I am very happy i sing in church!

One of the members of the church ask me to sing in the church and it makes me nervous. I did not say not but instead i went to the pulpit and sing. I sing to songs and i feel very happy eventhough its really scary infront of big crowd. After i sing they love it and appreciate for doing that. I receive lots of complimentary and i am very thankful i overcome my shyness. D you have any experience singing in church or any place where somebody let you sing?

Hi Happymom,
I sing in my church as well. I have found that the more you sing solos, the less nervous you get! You know that anytime you do something for the Lord, He is going to help you. I still get nervous and this is very normal, but I used to get so nervous, I thought I was going to faint! But, God got me thru every time and I felt so good doing it!
I love to sing..esp for the Lord! He blesses me every time I do it! I always pray before I sing, asking God to help me touch someone and bless someone. He always does this.
I'm so glad you sing for the Lord and I pray you will continue to do so! It is such a wonderful thing to do!

Dear Happymom,
I am not a singer . so I can not sing . But I enjoy the songs very much. I respect the people who sings in the church . The reason is that they are singing for God and they are doing it without expecting any remuneration for that.I believe that those who are singing in the church will get more more blessings than others. I believe like that because the ability to sing itself is a blessing of God. God Bless You
