UFO's is it a myth or a reality?

We have been hearing about UFO's or Alien Landings but theres no solid fact that they really exist. I cant help but ask if UFO's or even Aliens is just a myth or a conclusion of our quest to answer where does life really originate. Any thoughts?

Since I've been on a spiritual journey to my higher self, and I have now worked through many of my issues, aliens are now coming to me. They appear to me and my new guide has never been to earth and is of another system. He tells me that I am the same as him. Every night before I go to bed I see the alien floating in my room and speaking to me telepathically. They are peaceful beings and very advanced I believe. That's about it. I know it sounds crazy and people don't believe me, but it's true. The more I continue down my path, the more I'm being shown and I can't believe some of the things I see and experience sometimes, but please don't judge me!

That is so cool! Do you have any pictures of the creature or alien whatever that communicates with you? Are you able to upload one?

In fact, I don't think aliens can only come to earth by taking such ufos!If they really have advanced technology,they can travel without such a thing!
